I guess this is as good a time as any to let you know that Mony and I are now teamed up with The Correia Group and re-focusing our efforts on Real Estate. My particular focus is Commercial transactions, highlighting Downtown Phoenix...however we can and will still handle residential transactions too.

So, if you know anyone who wants to buy or sell a property, commercial or residential...please send them our way!

In the meantime, enjoy:

WASHINGTON—The report claims that affordable upper-income condominiums and charming faux dive bars are being replaced with manor houses and private salons.

Going against social norms [Apr. 11th, 2007|05:35 pm]

I'm doing a project for my social psychology class and I was seeing if anyone had some ideas of something subtle that goes against a social norm. A few ideas I came up with so far are picking my nose in a crowded area and for a guy using a urinal right next to someone else. An example my instructor gave in class was to ask a cashier if he/she can price a single grape for me.

2nite @ThePaperHeart: Feast of Fools Fantasy Masquerade Ball [Mar. 24th, 2007|04:46 pm]
Tempe Society

sol_amoun

Drawing inspiration from the Celtic Isles with legends of Faerie Folk and Elven kind and otherwordly enchantments that lay poised astride the borders of myth and mortal kin. The Feast of Fools Fantasy Masquerade is a creative adventure that abandons inhibitions and embraces the flights of fancy of poets, musicians and artistic souls that long for expression. Step into the fabled ring and part the veil between the worlds if you dare. Come Gentles and Nobles from far and wide. Cloak yourself in mystery and join us in a magickal night of revelry, music, dance and art.

America: Freedom to Fascism

Want to see how our great-grandparents were sold into slavery in the early 1900's? Want to learn the truth about income taxes and the true source of government control over the American public? Join us on Wednesday, March 14th for a screening of a very special film.

Determined to find the law that requires Americans to pay income tax, Aaron Russo (THE ROSE, TRADING PLACES) sets out on a journey. Neither left- nor right-wing, this startling examination exposes the systematic erosion of civil liberties in America. Through interviews with US Congressmen, a former IRS Commissioner, former IRS and FBI agents, tax attorneys and authors, Russo connects the dots between money creation, federal income tax, voter fraud, the national identity card (becoming law in May 2008) and the implementation of radio frequency identification (RFID) technology to track citizens. A striking case about the evolving police state in America.

Film will start @ 9:30 pm
